Dennis Denno has been involved with campaigns, the media, and the legislative process for over 15 years. Currently, he is the Chief of Staff for State Senator Buzz Thomas, the Democratic Floor Leader for the Michigan Senate.
Mr. Denno knows what corporations, candidates, and issue-advocates need in a pollster and he knows the power that well-timed, quality polls have on a political or marketing campaign. Below is a partial list of political and legislative positions Mr. Denno has held:

Dr. Ismail K. Noor spent his entire professional career in the fields of demographics and statistics. Dr. Noor was the Data Analyst for Dearborn Public Schools, where he analyzed demographics and statistics for the district. Previously, he was the Information System Coordinator for the Michigan Children’s Trust Fund (CTF) for the Prevention of Child Abuse & Neglect, where he provided input to the CTF Executive Director and Board on important statistical, demographic, and social issues.
Dr. Noor:
- Served two two-year terms as a member on the Board of the Michigan Association for Evaluation; 1999-2001 and 2001-2003
- Completed the Educational Policy Fellowship Program with The Institute of Educational Leadership; Class of 1999-2000
- Completed an 18-month practicum training in demographic analysis with the State of Michigan Demographer Office; 1993-1994
Dr. Noor received his Ph.D. degree from Michigan State University, Department of Sociology, in 1996. His areas of concentration included social demography, comparative study of regional development, complex organizations, and ethnicity and ethnic relations.
Mike Latvis has been involved with the legislative process, polling and campaigns for over seven years. Currently, he serves as the Director of Public Policy for ArtServe Michigan, a statewide arts and cultural advocacy nonprofit organization.
Mr. Latvis has experience in both political and corporate research at the federal, statewide and local levels and is dedicated to providing reliable and strategic results with a quick turnaround. Below is a partial list of polling, political and legislative positions Mr. Latvis has held:
